DESCRIPTION:Life on the Edge volunteers spend time in the fresh air\, being active\, meeting new people and making a real difference for nature. Come and join the crew!\n  \nThis Life on the Edge bee bank building session with Brixham Womens’ Conservation Group is the third in a series of conservation events taking place on the last Thursday of each month\, January – May. \n  \nOn this session we will be creating new habitat for mining bees\, in partnership with the National Trust. \n  \nThis opportunity is open to any woman who has an interest in nature and or who just fancies getting out and about in our amazing landscape! \n  \nImportant booking information\n\nFree event\nPre-booking essential via email to lote@southdevon-nl.org.uk – let us know if you need a LotE van pick-up.\n\nKnow before you go\n\nSuitability\n\nAimed at any women who has an interest in nature or who just fancies getting out in our amazing landscape\nNo experience or particular skills are needed\, just enthusiasm to join in!\n\n\nAccessibility\n\nWe will be doing active work on uneven ground\n\n\n Dogs\n\nSorry\, no dogs on this event\n\n\nWhat to bring\n\nWear weather proof clothing and footwear you don’t mind getting dirty.\nTools\, equipment and refreshments are provided\nBags can be left in the LotE van while we are working\n\n\nNeed a lift?\n\nFree transport\, hop on the LotE van adjacent to #12 bus terminus\, central Brixham at 1pm.\nPlease say if you wish to have transport when reserving your space\, as van seats are limited\n\n\n\n\nMeeting point (if meeting at the event)\n\nMeeting point Entrance to Coleton Fishacre.
